(4)A President or a member or a Managing Committee shall also become disqualified to continue in office if he-(a)absents from three consecutive meetings without reasonable causes;(b)is a person who incurs any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) and he shall cease to hold the office forthwith :Provided that disqualification under clause (a) shall not apply in the case of women who are in advanced stage of pregnancy and for a period of three months after delivery.
