(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor—Chairman(b)the Finance Officer;(c)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government;(d)Such other member as may be the prescribed in the Statutes.
