Reduced Stamp Duty to a fixed rate of 5% payable in respect of Flats/ Apartments including semi-finished structures under sub-clauses(i) to (iv) of clause (d) of Article 47-A of Schedule I-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 with effect from 01-07-2005.
