43. Penalty for contravention on section 20.
- A licensee who after the suspension or cancellation of licence issued to him or renewed or continued under this Act, omits or fails to stop functioning as a licensee under this Act, shall omits or fails to stop functioning as a licensee under this Act, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year.
