Section 117(c) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(c)The fulfilment of the conditions of the agreement may be postponed with the sanction of the Inspector of Anglo-Indian Schools, Tamil Nadu when a strident desires to continue his or her studies so as to improve the grade of his or her certificate or to undergo religious training in an approved institution.
