2 03-09-2014Having regard to the fact that a certificate proceeding is pending against the petitioner being Certificate Case No. 02/2014-15, the case in hand is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 22.07.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 7736 of 2014 (M/s Shiv Industries vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).
In that view of the matter, when learned counsel for the petitioner wants to file his objection under Section 9 of the Bihar Public Demands Recovery Act, this writ application is also disposed of in terms of the observation and direction made in the case of M/s Shiv Industries vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. (supra).
