(1)No prisoner shall be released after the hour of lock-up for the night and before sunrise on any day.(2)Every prisoner, whose release has been ordered by a competent Court on any day shall be released on the same day, as soon as possible after the receipt of the order directing his release.(3)Subject to the provisions of clause (2), prisoners shall ordinarily be released as soon as possible after sunrise.
