Section 21H(4) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(4)The procedure of election in the [Primary meeting] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1 dated 1.2.1997.] of a society shall be the same as in the meeting to elect the members of the Managing Committee, office bearers thereof and the delegate of the society as provided in these Rules.
