Section 130(2) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(2)The Selection Committee referred to in Sub-section (1) shall consists of -(a)the Chief Secretary to the Government,(b)a member of the State Public Service Commission, nominated by the Chairman of the said Commission, and(c)a person of repute having not less than twenty years experience in administration.
