Section 3J(1) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(1)Where on any application for a prospecting licence an order has been made for the grant or renewal of such licence, a licence deed in Form 5-A shall be executed within ninety days from the date of the order by the applicant or in such further period as the competent authority may allow in this behalf and if no such deed is executed within the said period due to any default on the part of the applicant, the competent authority may revoke the order granting or renewing the licence and in that event the prospecting fee paid shall be forfeited to the Government.Provided that competent authority may extend the period for execution of deed if the delay in execution is not on the part of the grantee.
