Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Service Co-Operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1986
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Service Co-operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1986.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th September 1985.
