Section 10AA(1) in Tamil Nadu Entertainments Tax Act, 1939
(1)If the State Government are of opinion that it is necessary or expedient, in the public interest, to publish the names of any proprietors and any other particulars relating to any proceeding under this Act, in respect of such proprietors, they may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, cause to be published such names and particulars in such manner as they think fit.
