1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent No. 2 for correction of his date of birth in the mark-sheet of High School but it has not been considered and decided till date which may be directed to be decided.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

4. Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application with regard to correction of date of birth in the mark-sheet of High School expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
