The Rules regulating the control of administration of Municipal hospital and dispensaries shall in form in which they are for the time being in force, apply a§ far as they may be to hospitals and dispensaries entrusted to a Joint Committee in the same manner as if such Joint Committee were a Council within the meaning of the said rules.
