Section 3 in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
3. Scope.
- These rules shall be applicable to the Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders selected for the formation of a Pool of unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders and allotted to various Government/Semi Government Engineering Departments as Apprentice Engineering subordinate to gain necessary experience to find regular employment under the Government or elsewhere or to seek avenues of self employment.
