1. The matter pertains to a dispute with regard to repair of a Honda City car, which was purchased by respondent No.1 in the year 2017, which at that time was stated to be valued at Rs.11 lakhs (brand new car) and which as per the petitioner has already clocked 1.5 lakhs kilometers.
2. With the intervention of this Court and the assistance of learned counsel for the parties, the parties have reached at an amicable settlement. The respondent No.1-Manish Kumar has expressed that he is willing to settle the matter for a lumpsum payment of Rs.3 lakhs.

3. While learned counsel representing the petitioner has submitted that the said amount is acceptable to him but has requested for granting some time to make the payement as some formal sactions have to be accorded by the parent company-Honda Japan.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of as having been amicably settled.
5. The petitioner would however be bound to pay the amount of Rs.3 lakhs to respondent No.1 within 06 weeks from today. Learned counsel has assured that the demand draft shall be sent across to respondent No.1 within 06 weeks. Respondent No.1, who is present in the Court has furnished his telephone number to learned counsel for the petitioner which is 8728053660, so as to enable the petitioner to communicate with respondent No.1 regarding the mode and date of payment.
6. It is clarified that pursuant to the petition having been diposed of on the basis of compromise, it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner on the basis of the impunged orders and all litigations as may be pending between the parties shall be withdrawn by them.
7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
