Section 41 in The Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council Act, 1988
41. Powers of [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.]. -
The [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] shall refer to the General Council for approval the following matters, namely :-(a)all proposals for making regulations or by-laws under the provisions of this Act;(b)all cases affecting the relations of Government with the General Council.
