Section 10(vii) in The Rajasthan State Aid to Industries (Allotment of Sheds in Industrial Estates) Rules, 1964
(vii)he shed shall be used for setting up a small scale industry for which it is allotted by the Corporation and for no other purpose except with the previous permission of the Corporation;
