G.S.R. 1218, dated 31st October, 1974. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 404 and sub-section (2) of section 458 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
