Section 19(3) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990
(3)Heads of expenditure shall include the following sub-heads separately shown in the Annual Budget;(a)Pay and allowances of staff;(b)Transport;(c)Rent;(d)Medical;(e)Student's Union ;(f)Furniture;(g)Conduct of examination ;(h)Academic conference etc.;(i)Library ;(j)Honorarium ;(k)Contingency (including telephone, water, light, stationer) ;(l)land and buildings.
