9. Appeal against refusal of registration.
- Section 131(2)(xxviii). - Where an application for registration of co-operative society is rejected by the Registrar, the appeal, if made, shall be signed by all the persons joining in the application for registration.Provided that when the application for registration has been signed by more than ten persons, the appeal shall be signed by at least two-third persons joining the application for registration.
