Section 24 in Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987
24. Appointments.
(1)A person may be appointed as a teacher or an employee of the University by a contract in writing which shall not contain any condition contrary to any provision of this Act or the Statutes.(2)All appointments shall generally be governed by the Statutes and shall be made by an officer and in the manner as may be prescribed.(3)The original contract shall be kept on the record of the University and a copy thereof shall be given to the person employed.
