(3)The jurisdiction over all research Programmes, research stations, facilities, personnel and budgets assigned to the Kerala Agricultural University concerned with research in Fisheries , Ocean Studies and allied fields of study immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be transferred to the University according to terms mutually agreed upon between the University and the Government.
