Section 170(e) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(e)At the close of every month a servant of the Board shall attend treasury Office and after ascertaining the date up to which the treasury has carried adjustment in their accounts shall compare his figures of the treasury and thus the reconciliation will be made.
