Nothing in the above rules shall be construed as derogating from the power of the Court or the Judge to make such orders as to costs in particular cases as may seem appropriate to it or him under Section 7 of the Act.C: Rules under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act XXXVIII of 1949)
