Section 327(1) in The General Rules (Civil), 1957

(1)

(a)all deposits not exceeding five rupees which have remained in deposit from a date prior to 1st April, of the preceding year; and

(b)all balances not exceeding five rupees of all existing deposits which have been partially repaid ;
