1. In terms of the Order dated 07.11.2023 directing the Judgment Debtors to file their list of assets under Form 16A, Appendix E, Order XXI Rule 41 of CPC, the Judgment Debtor No.1 has filed the list of assets.
2. As far as Judgment Debtor No.2 is concerned, learned Counsel for Resolution Professional for Judgment Debtor No.2 states that Judgment Debtor No.2 is undergoing CIRP. He is directed to file an affidavit to the said effect along with Orders to show that Judgment Debtor No.2 is under CIRP.
3. Judgment Debtor No.3 is directed to comply with the Order dated 07.11.2023.
