Section 4A in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
4A. Constitution of an Executive Committee. - There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of five members including the Managing Director who shall be the Chairman of the Committee. Other four members shall be the following:-
(i)One non-official member nominated by the State Government out of the non-official members of the Board.(ii)Chief Engineer of the Housing Board; and(iii)Two members nominated by the State Government out of the remaining ex-officio members of the Board.
