Section 5(1) in The Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975
(1)The State Government shall prescribe mode! rosters indicating the number of vacancies to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes and the number to be left unreserved.
