                            JUDGMENT

This judgment must be read in continuation of our earlier orders resting with the order dated 5/11/09. The learned Judge of the Family Court, Kottarakkara, has now reported that the matter shall be disposed of as early as possible - at any rate, before 13/11/09. In the light of that report of the learned Judge of the Family Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are necessary in this writ petition and the petitioner will be satisfied if the matter is finally disposed of by 13/11/09 as undertaken by the learned Judge.

2. We accept the report of the learned Judge. We expect that that the matter shall be disposed of by 13/11/09. W.P.(C) No. 31069 of 2009 -: 2 :- Compliance shall be reported to this Court by 30/11/09.

3. With the above observations/directions, this writ petition is allowed in part.
