Section 29(3) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(3)No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for any Act done or purported to be done under this Act or Statutes or Ordinances or Regulations made thereunder without the previous sanction of the University Governing Council.
