Section 74 in The Goa Rehabilitation Board Act, 2006
74. Advance from revenue account to capital account.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 72, the Board may advance any sum standing at the credit of the revenue account to the capital account for the purpose of meeting capital expenditure.(2)Every such advance shall be refunded to the revenue account as soon as may be practicable.
