(1)Each cask or other vessel containing liquor issued from a distillery or warehouse under Clause (4) of Rule 81 above shall bear marks showing clearly the name of such distillery or warehouse, and the number and capacity of the cask or other vessel, and the nature, quantity and strength of its contents.
