Section 13(4)(h) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019

(h)packages shall be examined and if any found to be damaged, leaking or sifting shall not be stuffed into a container and packages showing evidence of staining, etc., shall not be packed into a container without first determining that it is safe and acceptable to do so;
