(6)An order under sub-section (4) made by the Chief Judge or the District Judge or a person appointed under sub-section (2), as the case may be, or, subject to such order, -[if any,] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 6 of 1953.] an order made by the Controller under this Act, shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (5), be final and may be executed by the Controller in the manner provided in the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (5 of 1908), for the execution of decrees.
