Section 12A(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(1)Where the Registrar is taking actions under Section 18-A of the Act, he shall issue a public notice of the proceedings of the deregistration, to be published in a local daily newspaper and a copy of such notice shall also be given to the affiliated society and creditor society, if any.
