Section 30 in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014
30. Duplicate certificate.
- In case the certificate is lost, destroyed, mutilated or damaged, the concerned authority shall issue a duplicate certificate on the request of the clinical establishment, on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed.
