Section 22E(1) in The Bihar Civil Service (Executive Branch) and the Bihar Junior Civil Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1951
(1)With his application a candidate must remit to the Commission a sum of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty) only as application fee :Provided that candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be required to remit a sum of Rs. 12.50 paise (Rupees twelve and fifty paise) only.
