Section 33(2)(a) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(a)A registered co-operative society or an employee aggrieved by any order of the Registrar under sub-rule (1) may within sixty days of the receipt of such order, prefer an appeal against the order to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
