Section 12(1) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(1)A detenu may receive from a relative or friend, at intervals, funds not exceeding Rs. 50/- per month to enable him to supplement the amenities of life in jail.
