(4)Subject to this Statute, the Academic Council shall, with the prior approval of the Board of Management, make appropriate regulations to establish an independent regulatory mechanism for the conduct of all University examinations under the control of the Controller of Examinations, and award of degrees, diplomas, and certificates.Chapter-10 Accounting Policy and Financial Procedure
