Section 7(2) in Gujarat Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 1968
(2)the following Explanation shall be added at the end, namely:-"Explanation.-In this section, the expression "private street" means any road, footway, square, court, alley or passage, whether a thoroughfare or not, but which is not a public street."
