Section 14(2)(a) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(a)The Chancellor may address the Vice-Chancellor with reference to the result of such inspection or inquiry, and the Vice-Chancellor shall communicate to the Syndicate and the Academic Council the views of the Chancellor.
