JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the intra-court appeal with liberty to move the Court at Maharashtra to challenge the order passed by the Child Protection Officer under Section 9 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the intra-court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
However, we make it clear that the expression "liberty" should not be construed to be an expression of opinion on the merits of the matter.
