Section 51 in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
51. Cognizance of offences.
- The owner of a Boiler or any person who works or permits or causes the Boiler to be worked at any time in contravention of Rule 3, 5, 6 or 7, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
