                                UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                   O R D E R

The office report indicates that vakalatnama filed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.5 is defective. Learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks, as a last chance cure the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama.

Four weeks’ time, as a last chance is given to learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 and 8 to 13 to file counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 7 and 14 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List again on 7.1.2019.
