50. Powers and duties of police in respect of offences and assistance to authorities.
- Every police officer employed within the limits of a Mining Settlement shall give immediate information to the Board of any offence committed against any provision of this Act or the rules or bye-laws made thereunder and shall be bound to assist all members, officers and servants of the Board in the exercise of their lawful authority.
