Section 22(2)(xx) in Uttarakhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011

(xx)In cases of proposals passed by the two third members of the General Body of the School Management Committee for the transfer of any teacher working in a Sugam School, because of un satisfactory performance of such teacher, then such teachers shall be transferred, provided that minimum stay of such teachers has been completed, provided that such types of decisions may be taken on the meeting organised for the review of annual evaluation at the end of academic session.
