Section 26(1) in The U.P. Private Forests Rules, 1950
(1)Any person authorised to collect inflammable forest produce including grass and bamboos within the limits of a vested forest shall do so in staks in an open space in such a manner as to involve no danger to the said forest in the event of ignition of the stacks.
