1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. In the present case, application being I.A.5407/2021, had been filed by the Plaintiff, seeking temporary injunction restraining the use of certain domain names incorporating the Plaintiff's trademark SNAPDEAL and others listed in the plaint. In the said application, judgment has been reserved by the predecessor Bench, vide order dated 16th September, 2021.

By way of the present application being I.A.4290/2022, the Plaintiff seeks extension of interim orders dated 30th July, 2021, and 16th September, 2021, vide which the registration of domain names, enlisted in the plaint, I.A. No.10682/2021 and I.A. No.9288/2021 was suspended. In the present application, the said extension is sought for the domain names as listed in document A3 (hereinafter "Infringing Domains"). The said Infringing Domains are as below:

4. Accordingly, in view of the previous interim orders, the following directions are issued:
(i) Defendant Nos. 1, 6, 7, 9, 12, 18, 25, and 32 are directed to suspend the domain names enlisted in the present application immediately, and maintain status quo in respect of the ownership of the said domain names. No transfer shall be permitted of the said domain names.
(ii) Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications and IT/Defendant No.33 is directed to issue instructions for blocking of the Infringing Domains. Internet Service Providers ('ISPs') are also directed to block access to these domain names and any websites connected to the said domain names.
(iii) The details of the registrants of these Infringing Domains shall be communicated by the respective Registrars of the said Domain Names being Defendant Nos. 1, 6, 7, 9, 12, 18, CS(COMM) 176/2021 Page 4 of 5 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:DEVANSHU JOSHI Signing Date:24.03.2022 00:42:17 25, and 32, to the ld.
